It should be that everyone has a right to products that will last and products that can be easily maintained without need to buy further equipment, services, or even a replacement. All our solar pumps are designed, tested, and supported with this in mind.
We believe farmers should expect more and get more from their water pumps. It is not sustainable, economically or environmentally, to be throwing away and buying new water pumps because they weren’t fit for purpose or not built to last.

At Futurepump, we make it easy to keep your pump working at top efficiency with long-term support for farmers. This involves transparency in how our pumps work, guides on how to disassemble and reassemble your solar pump, and the tools needed for maintenance and repair.
Our online resources (like our YouTube channel and How-To videos on everything from clearing suction valves to pulley realignment) are part of our offering to farmers: giving you everything you need to irrigate for years and years.
If you are unable to complete the fix yourself, don’t worry! Our distributors are trained in Futurepump maintenance and will be happy to help at no further cost.

So in addition to helping our customers to maintain their pumps without necessitating a visiting technician or paying a specialist for upkeep (like you would have to for a petrol pump) we offer a ten year warranty.
A warranty is a promise by the manufacturer that their products will work for at least a number of years. If the item stops working in this timeframe, the manufacturer will help you fix it.
Our ten year warranty promise is the best on the market and extends to free replacement parts. And as we believe that this level of support should be standard across our industry, we have even challenged others to follow us in offering this type of warranty.

If you have any unexpected problems, we promise free access to trained servicing and repair experts at your local distributor.
For anything that is not resolved by following a video tutorial on our YouTube channel or with the help of your local service team, just submit a support case through our website and our remote support team will guide you to a solution.
