Describe a usual day:
I start my day by checking my emails and messages we’ve received from people interested in Futurepump. I then respond to any comments on Facebook, usually providing people with more information about our pump and answering any question they have and most importantly making sure everyone is happy.
As well as chatting with potential customers across the world, most of my days are spent analysing our communications impact and creating content, written and visual, for our website and social media to make them as engaging and useful for our customers as possible. I also help with our design and marketing work and I’ve always got a bit of time to play with our office dog Tisa!
What do you like best about working at Futurepump?
There is a lot to like about working at Futurepump! What is best is working with great, like-minded people who really care about what they are doing to make a difference in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
It is also really motivating seeing and hearing from customer about how solar irrigation is helping to improve their lives.
Favourite hobby when not working:
I really enjoy watching movies, travelling and playing ice hockey.
