Solar pumps supplied by Futurepump Ltd and its authorised distributors are warranted against defects in design, material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten years from the date of purchase:
Warranty coverage is extended only to customers who have registered their purchase at warranty.futurepump.com, and who have obtained their Futurepump product from an authorised distributor.

Additional pump spare parts and technical support during the warranty period are also available free of charge via your local authorised distributor, details of whom you will find at futurepump.com. Your distributor should not charge you for the parts or support during the warranty period.
You may be charged for repairs if you have modified or damaged the pump by connecting it to other equipment, or have otherwise been negligent.
In the case of dissatisfaction with your distributor’s warranty service, support may be sought directly from Futurepump Ltd via support.futurepump.com.
Where distributors are not present in a locality, you may purchase our products from our webshop.
In such situations, physical support in-country may not be available, but remote technical support will be available directly from Futurepump using our support ticket system at support.futurepump.com. Here a user can upload photos or videos to seek guidance from Futurepump technical experts.

Replacement pump parts will be supplied free of charge to the customer during the warranty period from the Futurepump factory in India, but the customer will be liable for the shipping costs and any import duties payable.
Futurepump products are designed to be easy for the user to service, but as an authorised distributor we will also issue you with a stock of spare parts and training materials.
Futurepump recommends that distribution partners activate each customers’ warranty for them at the point of sale by visiting warranty.futurepump.com
Futurepump will reimburse the hourly labour cost of any reasonable technical servicing of our pumps at distributor premises, during the warranty period. This is designed so that customers can be supported free of charge. To qualify for reimbursement, distributors are required to record a simple support ticket at support.futurepump.com for each claim. Please contact your Futurepump representative for more information.
This warranty does not cover:
- Materials, supplies or accessories not manufactured or supplied by Futurepump Ltd;
- Futurepump equipment that has been modified without prior approval;
- Damage resulting from use of equipment not supplied by Futurepump;
- Acts of God;
- Incidental or consequential damages, such as breaking the solar panel or pump through impact
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other Futurepump guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to offer warranties on behalf of Futurepump. Futurepump reserves the right to make design changes, improvements and additions to its products without obligation to install such in products previously manufactured.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
