What is involved in becoming a Futurepump distributor?
What product training do we receive?
If you purchase a full container of stock, we will arrange a Futurepump expert to train your staff when your first container of stock arrives. This covers both technical and sales training.
Who handles the 10-year warranty?
The local distributor is responsible for the warranty. Futurepump will provide the spares, training and support to make sure this is a very easy task.
How long is your distributor agreement?
The agreement is for twelve months and you have the option to continue as long as you purchase the minimum amount of stock per year.
What marketing support do you provide?
We provide templates of our flyers, posters, datasheet and pop-up banners, so you can have them printed in your country and add your logos. These templates are available in English, French and Portuguese. Futurepump also carries out digital marketing in your country to generate direct sales leads for your team.
